This is the video of wedding martial art. This ritual always been practiced in previously and nowadays there are not always been practiced again. there are some factors about the fading the culture in Malaysia. One of that is culture shock. The term Culture Shock was first mentioned in literature by Kalvero Oberg in 1960 and In his article Oberg defined Culture Shock as " precipitated by the anxiety that results from losing all our familiar signs and symbols of social intercourse". Culture shock is refer to the feelings of distress and unease when being exposed to a foreign culture. When this thing happen, people or individual will feels isolated and misses the familiar symbols, attitudes and habits of the culture origin. For example, Malaysia is a country that have huge foreigners such as from Indonesia, Myanmar and many more. Not only from foreigners, Malaysia also influence by the printed and electronic media that exposed about western culture and Malaysia citizen tent to follow the culture that the foreigners brings in. Below is shows about the wedding culture that influence with western culture according to the dress code.

From this picture there are not showing any of traditional and malay culture in the wedding ceremony. They are follow the western culture. Another reason of this problem happen is because of the culture that Malaysian citizen bring in the outer culture into Malaysia country when they are come from abroad such as exchange students sojourners, expatriates, migrants and refugees. This is because due to increasing international competition, worldwide marketing activities, new market access opportunities and a fast growing number of international mergers and acquisitions, managers and employees are necessarily confronted with international projects and assignments, or becoming an expatriate working and living abroad. Malaysian students constitute one of the fastest growing international student groups in U.S.colleges and universities in the last 2 decades. Between 1986 to 1990 academic year, there were approximately 49,000 Malaysian students studying abroad, of whom 7,500 were in the United States. There were approximately 20,000 government-sponsored and private-sponsored Malaysian student enrolled in U.S. colleges and universities (Malaysia, 1991). From Joumal Pendidikan Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Jilid 6. Oktober 2000. hot. 77-93. From this situation, it is obvious that the severance of Culture Shock varies significantly among these groups and it can be conclude that the diversification that happened in Malaysia is come from the number of people that ever live in western or other country and try to make a culture change towards origin country including wedding culture.
